Membership & Free Pass

Do you offer a free trial pass?

Yes! We offer a free 3-day pass so you can try our gym, equipment, and classes before joining. You must be a San Diego resident, and a driver's license is required. Get your free pass here.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We offer flexible membership options, including an affordable month-to-month plan with no long-term commitment — pay as you go and cancel anytime without penalty. An annual option is also available if you prefer. See our membership page for details.

How much does a membership cost?

What are your gym hours?

We're open 7 days a week:

Mon–Thu: 6 AM – 9 PM
Fri: 6 AM – 8 PM
Sat & Sun: 8 AM – 4 PM

Classes & Personal Training

What fitness classes do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of group classes for all fitness levels, including Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pilates, Circuit Training, Tai Chi, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, and specialty senior classes. Check our class schedule — your first class is FREE!

Do you have personal trainers?

Yes. All of our personal trainers are Nationally Registered Certified Personal Trainers. They provide safe, effective exercise programs customized to your goals, along with comprehensive fitness assessments and one-on-one lifestyle coaching. Meet our trainers.

I'm a beginner — is Being Fit right for me?

Absolutely. We have an excellent beginners program and are sensitive to those starting a new fitness routine. Our friendly, neighborhood atmosphere means no crowds and no "attitudes" — just people like you working to improve their well-being.

Senior Fitness Programs

Do you accept SilverSneakers or other senior fitness programs?

Yes! We are a participating location for SilverSneakers, Silver&Fit, Renew Active / One Pass, and Peerfit. If you're enrolled in an eligible Medicare Advantage or employer wellness plan, you may have access at no additional cost. Learn more about our senior programs.

What classes are available for active seniors?

Our senior classes include Silver Sneakers, Pilates, Gentle Yoga, and Essentrics — all designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, and range of movement. They're also a great way to meet new people in the Clairemont community!

Nutrition

Do you offer nutrition or meal planning support?

Yes. We've partnered with The Meal Prep Company to help you meet both your fitness AND nutrition goals. Start with a FREE 1-hour consultation where they'll evaluate your diet, biomarkers, and goals, then build a customized meal plan around your workouts. Learn more about the partnership.
